National commercial property agents Lambert Smith Hampton and Greenhills chose etetra to coordinate an action packed events day on the Solent to promote the ‘cool’ new office development Fusion1.

Commercial agents including representatives from King Sturge, CBRE, Goadsby and Vail Williams began the day with an on foot tour of the Fusion1 site, shortly followed by a helicopter fly over to gain a bird’s eye view of the building.

Breakfast and coffee at Swanwick Marina went down nicely before the fun on the water began as the agents travelled across the Solent on board a V42 Powerboat cruiser for lunch in Cowes. The ultimate boating experience continued after lunch with the agents getting first hand experience driving a RIB and time on board a professional racing boat.
